Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses are personal-use products and are generally not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once opened, used, worn, or removed from sealed packaging.
Eligible Situations
Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
- Manufacturing defect identified upon first opening
Requirements
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Clear photographs and/or videos must be provided for verification.
- Original packaging and product details may be requested.
- Return requests must be approved by Muse Cons Lab before any product is sent back.
Verification
Muse Cons Lab reserves the right to request additional photographs, videos, packaging, batch numbers, or supporting information before approving any claim.
Non-Eligible Situations
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect colour selection
- Incorrect prescription or degree selection
- Personal preference after use
- Products that have been opened, worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Failure to follow lens care or usage instructions
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
International Orders
For international orders, Muse Cons Lab may, at its sole discretion, provide:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
after verification of the claim.
Return of the original product may not be required.
Resolution Method
The final resolution method, including replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, shall be determined solely by Muse Cons Lab based on the circumstances of each case.
