By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase contact lenses from our website.

2.⁠ ⁠Prescription Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting and confirming the correct prescription, degree, colour, base curve, and product specifications before completing their purchase.

Muse Cons Lab shall not be responsible for incorrect orders resulting from customer selection errors.

3.⁠ ⁠Contact Lens Safety

Customers should follow all recommended lens care, cleaning, storage, and wearing instructions.

If irritation, redness, discomfort, blurred vision, or any abnormal symptoms occur, lens use should be discontinued immediately and professional eye care advice should be sought.

4.⁠ ⁠Personal Hygiene Products

Contact lenses are personal hygiene products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, worn, tampered with, or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except in cases of verified defects, damaged items, or incorrect items supplied by Muse Cons Lab.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Acceptance

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received and verified.

Muse Cons Lab reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order where necessary.

6.⁠ ⁠Shipping

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Muse Cons Lab shall not be liable for courier delays after parcels have been dispatched.
